Q: Do you do custom blends?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Many essential oils have similar properties, so if you would like to modify an ingredient, simply send us a message with your request. We'll strive to make it a reality.
Q: Why does my product say, "store in a cool, dark, dry place?"
A: Essential oils are biologically active, which means that they're "alive," in a way. We take every precaution to make sure your item is as fresh as possible when shipped, but excessive heat and light degrade the "alive" properties of the oils, making them less therapeutic.
Heat and light will also make your blend go rancid faster, since we don't use any synthetic preservatives. Room temperature or cooler is perfect, and if you're worried that your room temperature could be too warm, refrigeration is fine for most blends.
Q: Do you make large quantities for wholesale prices?
A: We are a small company. That having been said, we certainly welcome inquiries about larger quantities, and may be able to offer a small discount. For example, if you would like to order several packages for guests at a wedding, we would be delighted to accommodate that request. A convo and ample advance notice would definitely be in order to arrange the details.

Q: What are essential oils?
A: Essential oils are potent, concentrated substances that, when inside the source plant, act as some part of the plant's immune system.
For example, lavender oil has a powerful healing ability because that's its job when the plant is injured.
As many as 1,000 plants (or more!) can be used to make a tiny bottle of oil! (That's strong stuff!) That's why we properly dilute the oils in a less-potent base, such as olive or jojoba oil, aloe vera, or beeswax.

I ship every item via USPS Flat Rate 2-3 Day Priority Mail so that it arrives fresh and ready to use! I can't be responsible for lost or misdirected mail; please check your shipping address for accuracy.
